Another QUICK update: December is definitely the hardest month in terms of living healthy. So many opportunities to indulge in sweets… even the supermarket had a marketing lady in the store giving out FREE chocolate lindt balls. I’ve eaten them before, they are divine! Yesterday I walked straight pass giving her a quick little smile. If it is not sweets then it is alcohol… again a lot of people offering you a glass when you visit. So far I’ve only had three glasses of wine this month of December and we are 2/3rds of the way through the month… that is very good for me!
For me, weighing everyday makes me accountable… I’ve lost another 1kg this morning… super happy with that! So now just another 4.5Kg til I’m back to my set-point weight. Training for a marathon believe it or not saw me gain weight and no it was not muscle (hahaha… I wish it was) it was due to eating wheat and sugar! I ate that poison telling myself I needed it for fuel!!!
