Just a quick update to say I have lost a little more… it is coming off slowly but my stomach area is almost flat now and I weighed in at 57.05Kg so not much more to go. I’m aiming for 54Kg and then will reaccess the situation.
I love being slim again. All my clothes fit. I get up in the morning and I can wear anything in my wardrobe and not worry that I look pregnant with a bulging tummy area.
I do LOVE sweets but the reality is it causes my body to swell and get fat. While I love the taste, I hate the result on my body. So I focus on the wholesome healthy protein and vegetables. Indulging on fruit for my sweet treats. Flour and wheat is of no interest to me, it has been no effort at all to stay well clear of the wheat. Sure I’d love a piece of pizza but because I like the cheese and toppings not because of the base and when I go into maintenance I will have the cauliflower crust pizza. At the moment I am making a deliberate effort to lose body fat and I don’t think it will take to much longer.
